I build products, ship tools, and write about both.

I'm a product leader based in Singapore. Most days that means running product teams — setting direction, making the hard prioritisation calls, and keeping a group of people pointed at the same outcome long enough to ship something that matters.

Most nights I'm a builder. I ship my own software tools — small, opinionated things that solve a problem I actually have. It keeps my hands on the material: the constraints, the trade-offs, the gap between a tidy roadmap and a thing that runs. Leading product is easier when you still remember how it's made.

And in between, I'm an occasional researcher. I write essays on AI and human–computer interaction — the interfaces we're building for AGI, and the people those interfaces quietly leave out. The writing is where the product instinct and the engineering instinct meet an evidence base.

None of these is a hobby propping up a "real" job. They're three views of the same question: how does this actually land for the person on the other side of the screen? That's the work.
